To be Eclectic, is to embody a myriad of philosophies and beliefs. And while Eclectic Athlete has been primarily geared towards health and performance, social justice is also paramount.

Eclectic Athlete is committed and dedicated to exposing injustice, combatting racism, and empowering others in seeking equity.

I encourage those who follow Eclectic Athlete in doing the same. And if you don’t know where to start, look down below. I’ve created a short list (that will expand) of resources that can be utilized by allies, advocates, and those seeking a better world for all.

Donate, petition, call representatives, educate yourselves, have conversations. Do what you can, but don’t be silent. Don’t be complacent.
