About Jules

        Track and field eclectic athlete

This was made out of my desire to share and reach out to as many people as I can. Whether the gym is a new and strange place to you, want to shed a few pounds, want to take your training to the next level, or just want to be pain-free, healthy, and better versions of yourselves. I’m here for all of you!  Now I’m not one of those people who claims to have the secret to your success for a low fee $9.99. I’m not here to sell you a special detox tea, a stomach wrap, or a magical exercise. I DON’T KNOW everything there is to know about exercise or health. I’m no specialist. My name is JULES DAMEYI’m a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, I have my bachelors of science in Exercise Biology from UC Davis (go Ags), I aspire to become a physical therapist, and I’m lifelong athlete. Most of all though, I’m a lifelong student. Next to training and competition, my biggest passion is learning.

Exercise and lifestyle

I often look to science, in order to optimize and improve health, exercise and lifestyle. Having worked with Strength coaches, Physical therapists, as well as in Research labs, I have a unique perspective. However, the thing about science is that it’s not absolute. It’s perpetually changing. Along with traditional practices, I draw knowledge from the “unconventional” in order to gain optimal results.

Eclectic Philosophy

I believe in a flexible and multifaceted approach in optimizing health and performance. There is no one food, exercise, or stretch that will fix all your problems. The eclectic athleteis about revitalizing your life, and passion for life, through utilization of various tools and methods. It’s about challenging mediocrity, breaking the paradigms, and realizing your potential to be your best self no matter what barriers stand in your way.
